Matthew has been here for 30 years and is a MNAEA, MICBA and DipSurvPract. What he doesn't know about Tooting and property is probably not worth knowing. He took over from his father and so to say property is in his blood would be an understatement. Perhaps not your conventional 'estate agent' he would rather get on with his clients than see them as commission opportunities. Outside work he has 4 children, a boat and a dog so life is never dull.

Sara has joined us from a purely accounting background and her knowledge in this area has been invaluable. She is not just an accounts bookwork however and enjoys all aspects of the property industry and is keen to broaden her skills so don't be surprised to see her branching out soon. Outside work she loves to socialise and enjoy the finer things in life!

Lettings and Sales Negotiator
Simon has lived in the area for almost his entire life and is therefore well placed to tell you about the area from a real perspective. Simon has worked for us on and off, most recently taking time away from the demands of the industry to spend more time at home with his new born son. In all he has over 10 years in the industry and unrivalled enthusiasm. Outside of work Simon is a keen football fan and enjoys time with his son and friends.
